No. We sell only the hangers, which we buy in the world. Need a special design, then please go to a local company (eg locksmith, CNC).

I have not found my hanger. What to do?

Please send two pictures (front and back) from your hanger, and exact name and model of bike, by Email.

I would like the hanger in a different color. Is that possible?

We supply the hangers always in black or silver (depending on availability), except the picture shows a different color.

I still need the right screws on the hanger. Perform this?

For each article, if available, the appropriate screws are shown below and can be ordered. Note: It is an icon. We have not shown any type of screw separately. You still get the right screws.

Can I order by phone, fax, or mail?

Basically, yes. The safest and quickest processing is the order in the shop.Then transposed numbers, requests, etc. are impossible.

Can we pick up the hanger directly at your eyes?

Of course. We have a shop and our opening times are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8-12, 14-18; Wednesday 8-12; Saturday 9-13.

How fast do you ship?

All orders received up 2 hours before closing time will be dispatched the same day. Business hours, see a question above. Requirement is payment by sofortüberweisung, direct debit, credit card, or COD. For advance payment on the date of receipt of payment.

ATTENTION: Only with DPD and DHL Delivery you have a transport insurance and tracking is possible (DE only). For all other types of shipping are shipped at buyer's risk.

How to put together the shipping costs?
