Terms and conditions

1. Scope

For all deliveries of Rad+Tat, Inh. Michael Schuh to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these terms and conditions (AGB).

Consumer means any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity may be attributed.

3. Offer and Conclusion

3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order dar errors.
3.2 By clicking the 'Purchase' button in the last step of the ordering process enter a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Withdrawal

Revocation

Revocation:
You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. 7.2 A right of set off is available only if your claims are legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged by us in writing.
7.3 You can create a lien only if the claims from the same contractual relationship.
